By accessing, registering with and/or placing an order on Easytime Educational Services®' the My School App, and/or publishing a post on the Easytime Educational Services® Blog, you confirm that you are in agreement with and are hereby bound by the terms of service contained in this document as outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other means of correspondences between you and Easytime Educational Services®.
Under no circumstances shall Easytime Educational Services® be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profit, monies, time, tests and exams assessments or properties arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the My School App found on this site, even if Easytime Educational Services® or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the My School App from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, information or data, you will assume any costs thereof.
Easytime Educational Services® will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of the My School App. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any moment. Prices are reviewed and set terminally and sessionally and/or freely.
Pricings are set terminally, sessionally and freely.
The terminal registration on the My School App allows owners to register their schools and make an initial payment on a terminal basis of academic activities, which duration can extend to not more than 130 days. After its expiration, the school is obligued to renew their subscription for another term, session or even choosing the free registration. The terminal registration and/or its subsequent renewal cost is subject to change by Easytime Educational Services®.
The sessional registration on the My School App allows owners to register their schools and make an initial payment on a session basis of academic activities, which duration can extend to not more than 365 days or less as long as 3 terms are met. After its expiration, the school is obligued to renew their registration for another session, term or even choose the free registration. The sessional (yearly) registration and/or its subsequent renewal cost is subject to change by Easytime Educational Services®.
The free registration allows on the My School App allows owners to register their schools FREELY for life. However, each student/pupil in the repective schools are obligued to pay a small sum not greater than N500 per a single term. School owners do not pay for registering their schools to use the My School App platform. The charge per student/pupil per term would not be less than N200 for any term. The school owners (Administrators) are to collect the monies from each child and pay them in bulk on the Administrators' dashboard. Please see our blog on how to make payments from Admin Dashboard. Consequently, a student/pupil who does not pay the stipulated sum through the school will not be allowed access to assessments using the My School App and results generated by the My School App.
Easytime Educational Services® grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website and the My School App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Easytime Educational Services® (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Easytime Educational Services®", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the My School App platform and the services accessible from the Easytime Educational Services® website, the My School App, Store, Careers etc, Easytime Educational Services® Blog (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Service").

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Easytime Educational Services®, in the event that you fail to comply with any provisions of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your payments for a period of 30 irrespective of whether or not you continue to use the services within the 30 days interval.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall be unable to continue usage of Our Services on the website or the My School App and Easytime Educational Services® shall delete all of your stored records from Our database.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Our rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

No waiver of any terms of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such terms or any other terms, and Our failure to assert any right or provisions under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provisions. YOU AND Easytime Educational Services® AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constituting waiver of any subsequent breach.
The failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Easytime Educational Services® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website/app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Easytime Educational Services and its Services.

This section applies to any disputes EXCEPT IT DOESN’T INCLUDE A DISPUTE RELATING TO CLAIMS FOR INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF REGARDING THE ENFORCEMENT OR VALIDITY OF YOUR OR Easytime Educational Services®'s INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The term “dispute” means any dispute, action, or other controversy between you and Easytime Educational Services® concerning the Services or this agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other legal or equitable basis. “Dispute” herein, will be given the broadest possible meaning allowable under law.
In the event of a dispute, you or Easytime Educational Services® must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address,
and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to dispute, and possible relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to:

Services® will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your provided address which was collected upon your registration subject to its authenticity, or otherwise to
your email address and also subject to its authenticity. You and Easytime Educational Services® will attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation within
sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute received. After sixty (60) days, you or Easytime Educational Services® may commence arbitration.
If you and Easytime Educational Services® don’t resolve any disputes by informal negotiation, any other efforts to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. The dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Nigerian Arbitration Association. Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, as necessary to protect the party’s rights or property pending the completion of arbitration. Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
In the event that you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, including ideas for new or improved products, services, features, technologies or promotions, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Easytime Educational Services® with little or no compensation or credit to you whatsoever. Easytime Educational Services® may, from time to time, include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities (“Promotions”) that require you to submit material or information concerning yourself. Please note that all Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to age and geographic location, chosen registration and renewal plan, level of incomes brought in from your school's involvement etc. You are responsible to read all Promotional rules to determine whether or not you are eligible to participate. If you enter any Promotions, you agree to abide by and comply with all Rules of such Promotions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services on or through the Services, which terms and conditions are made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
The My School App platform enables all Active Teachers with Dual Status or Class Status only, to edit, delete, promote and suspend students and pupils in the respective classes that they are responsible to man. The Proprietors, Administrators or school owners can will not be able to delete, promote or suspend students and pupils, but can only view such students and pupils. Nevertheless, the Administrators have access to the Teachers' Login Codes.
In order to successfully delete a student or pupil, teachers must ensure that such a student/pupil does not have records of academic activities linked to the school's database. Academic activities include:
Teachers can suspend or promote students/pupils. A suspended student or pupil will not be able to access the My School App. Promotion is upward based and not downward. That is, a teacher cannot demote a student but can promote a student to a maximum of double promotion at a time.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portions of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provisions of these Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Easytime Educational Services®. Easytime Educational Services® will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. Easytime Educational Services® operates and controls the My School App from its offices in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the My School App from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. These Terms & Conditions (which include and incorporate the Easytime Educational Services® Privacy Policy) contains the entire understanding, and supersedes all prior understandings, between you and Easytime Educational Services® concerning its subject matter, and cannot be changed or modified by you. The sectional headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not be given any legal importance.
Easytime Educational Services® is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision.
Easytime Educational Services® does not provide unnecessary warranties or guarantees except that after a full complete registration of your school for our Service, you are entitled to use our Service/Product for the period stated and agreed by you upon registration or renewal. Easytime Educational Services® shall not suspend your use of our Service or Product for the period wherein you abide by our terms and conditions as stated herein this document.
In no event shall Easytime Educational Services® be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
The Easytime Educational Services®' Service, the My School App Product and their contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations

and publisher of its own contents, and not a publisher of the contents supplied by third parties including the registered Schools that publish posts on our Blog; and as such,
Easytime Educational Services® exercises no editorial control over such contents posted by registered Schools and makes no warranties or representation as to the accuracy,
relevance, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided through or accessible via the Easytime Educational Services® Blog.
Without limiting the foregoing, Easytime Educational Services® specifically disclaims all warranties and representations in any content transmitted on or in connection with
the Easytime Educational Services® Blog or on sites that may appear as links on the Easytime Educational Services® Blog, or in the products provided as a part of, or
otherwise in connection with, the Easytime Educational Services® Blog, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or
