By accessing, registering with and/or placing an order on Easytime Software Services®' My School App Manager, and/or publishing a post on the Easytime Software Services® Blog, you confirm that you are in agreement with and are hereby bound by the terms of service contained in this document as outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other means of correspondences between you and Easytime Software Services®.
Under no circumstances shall Easytime Software Services® be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profit, monies, time, tests and exams assessments or properties arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the My School App Manager found on this site, even if Easytime Software Services® or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the My School App Manager from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, information or data, you will assume any costs thereof.
Easytime Software Services® will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of the My School App Manager. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any moment. Prices are reviewed and set terminally and sessionally and/or freely.
Pricings are set terminally, sessionally and freely.
Payment of N35000.00 for the terminal registration to use the My School App Manager platform only provides for usage spanning 130 days provided the terminal academic activities are met. This duration cannot extend beyond 13 weeks whether or not the terminal academic activities have been met. After its expiration, the school is obligued to renew their subscription for another term, session or even choosing the free registration. The terminal registration and/or its subsequent renewal cost is subject to change by Easytime Software Services®.
Peyment of N57500.00 for the sessional registration to use the My School App Manager platform only provides for usage spanning three (3) academic terms - 335 days irrespective of the term, the initial registration was effected, as long as 3 terms are met. However, this duration can span a maximum of 365 days if the 3 terms are not met. Consequently, this duration cannot extend more than 365 days if three (3) are not met due to government or private policies. After its expiration, the school is obligued to renew the registration for another session, term or even choose the free (pay-as-you-use) registration method. The sessional registration and/or its subsequent renewal cost is subject to change by Easytime Software Services®.
The FREE registration on the My School App Manager allows proprietors to register their schools FREELY for life. However, each student/pupil in the repective schools is obligued to pay a usage sum of of N2000.00 per term through their proprietors. Proprietors (Administrators) are to collect the monies from each child and pay in bulk on the Administrators' dashboard. Please see our blog on how to make payments from Admin Dashboard. Consequently, a student/pupil who does not pay the stipulated usage sum of N2000.00 through the school can neither access to assessments using the My School App Manager nor have results generated by the My School App Manager for such a student.
Easytime Software Services® grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the website and the My School App Manager strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and Easytime Software Services® (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as "Easytime Software Services®", "us", "we" or "our"), the provider of the My School App Manager platform and the services accessible from the Easytime Software Services® website, the My School App Manager, Store, Careers etc, Easytime Software Services® Blog (which are collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the "Service").

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Easytime Software Services®, in the event that you fail to comply with any provisions of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your payments for a period of 30 irrespective of whether or not you continue to use the services within the 30 days interval.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall be unable to continue usage of Our Services on the website or the My School App Manager and Easytime Software Services® shall delete all of your stored records from Our database.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Our rights or remedies at law or in equity in case of breach by you (during the term of this Agreement) of any of your obligations under the present Agreement.

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constituting waiver of any subsequent breach.
The failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that right or power. Nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. Easytime Software Services® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our website/app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Easytime Educational Services and its Services.

In the event of a dispute, you or Easytime Software Services® must give the other a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that sets forth the name, address,
and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to dispute, and possible relief requested. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to:

Services® will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your provided address which was collected upon your registration subject to its authenticity, or otherwise to
your email address and also subject to its authenticity. You and Easytime Software Services® will attempt to resolve any disputes through informal negotiation within
sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute received. After sixty (60) days, you or Easytime Software Services® may commence arbitration.
If you and Easytime Software Services® don’t resolve any disputes by informal negotiation, any other efforts to resolve the dispute will be conducted exclusively by binding arbitration as described in this section. You are giving up the right to litigate (or participate in as a party or class member) all disputes in court before a judge or jury. The dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Nigerian Arbitration Association. Either party may seek any interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, as necessary to protect the party’s rights or property pending the completion of arbitration. Any and all legal, accounting, and other costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.

Easytime Software Services® may, from time to time, include contests, promotions, academic quiz competitions, or other activities (“Competitions”) that will require you (the registrant) to pay an entry fee, submit materials or
other information concerning yourself. Please note that all Competitions may be governed by separate rules that may contain certain eligibility requirements, such as restrictions as to
age and geographic location, academic class, chosen registration and renewal plan, level of incomes brought in from your school's involvement etc. You are responsible to read all
rules involving such competitions to determine whether or not you are eligible to, and/or should participate. If you enter any Competitions with an entry fee, you agree to abide by and comply with all Rules and outcomes of such Competitions.
However, all competitions shall present an equal opportunity for all participants and the outcomes of such competitions shall be based on merit and not on any other factors including but not limited to the registration and renewal plan chosen by the school, the level of incomes brought in from the school's involvement etc.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to purchases of goods or services on or through the Services, which terms and conditions are made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
The My School App Manager platform enables all Active Teachers with Dual Status or Class Status only, to edit, delete, promote and suspend students and pupils in the respective classes that they are responsible to man. The Proprietors, Administrators or school owners can will not be able to delete, promote or suspend students and pupils, but can only view such students and pupils. Nevertheless, the Administrators have access to the Teachers' Login Codes.
In order to successfully delete a student or pupil, teachers must ensure that such a student/pupil does not have records of academic activities linked to the school's database. Academic activities include:
Teachers can suspend or promote students/pupils. A suspended student or pupil will not be able to access the My School App Manager. Promotion is upward based and not downward. That is, a teacher cannot demote a student but can promote a student to a maximum of double promotion at a time.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portions of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provisions of these Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Easytime Software Services®. Easytime Software Services® will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief (without the obligations of posting any bond or surety) in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you. Easytime Software Services® operates and controls the My School App Manager from its offices in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the My School App Manager from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. These Terms & Conditions (which include and incorporate the Easytime Software Services® Privacy Policy) contains the entire understanding, and supersedes all prior understandings, between you and Easytime Software Services® concerning its subject matter, and cannot be changed or modified by you. The sectional headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not be given any legal importance.
Easytime Software Services® is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision.
Easytime Software Services® does not provide unnecessary warranties or guarantees except that after a full complete registration of your school for our Service, you are entitled to use our Service/Product for the period stated and agreed by you upon registration or renewal. Easytime Software Services® shall not suspend your use of our Service or Product for the period wherein you abide by our terms and conditions as stated herein this document.
In no event shall Easytime Software Services® be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
The Easytime Software Services®' Service, the My School App Manager Product and their contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or representations
of any kind, whether express or implied other than that stated in this Disclaimer section above. Easytime Software Services® is a distributor, product developer,
and publisher of its own contents, and not a publisher of the contents supplied by third parties including the registered Schools that publish posts on our Blog; and as such,
Easytime Software Services® exercises no editorial control over such contents posted by registered Schools and makes no warranties or representation as to the accuracy,
relevance, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided through or accessible via the Easytime Software Services® Blog.
Without limiting the foregoing, Easytime Software Services® specifically disclaims all warranties and representations in any content transmitted on or in connection with
